Kristen Anne Bell was born in the year 1980. She is a singer/actress from the USA. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier), Nurse, and Tom Bell, a television news director. Her family ancestry includes Polish (mother) as well as German, English, Irish as well as Scottish (father). Kristen was able to show a flair for the arts at a young stage. In 1992, she was awarded her first part in the auditions for Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell's mother introduced her to an agent prior to her turning 13, and she was cast in television advertisements for newspapers and commercials. As well as taking private lessons in acting, she launched her career in the year 2000. Bell appeared as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School, where she took part in drama and music club. In her school's production of The Wizard of Oz, Bell won the role of Dorothy. Following graduation, Bell moved in New York City to attend the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied musical theater. Bell quit studying in the year 2001, and took on the part of Becky, a character from Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also that Bell's first appearance in a film that was credited to her, Pootie Tang (2002). The scene she appeared in has been cut out and the credits are all that display her. Bell appeared on Broadway on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival that featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
