Robyn Rihanna Fenty, also known as Rihanna is a Barbadian musician and singer who has given us hit songs such as Pon de Replay SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. As a young, successful singer-songwriter she is already one of the most successful selling performers. Barbados was born in Barbados, she initially began listening to reggae music as she got older and started singing by herself, when she was an teen. In order to escape her parents' tensions and also the constant arguments between her parents, she started singing. As a teenager she joined a rock group. Evan Rodgers auditioned her and was deeply impressed. He asked the girl to relocate from her home in New York in order to make a career of it as a singer which she gladly did. Rihanna became an instant hit after her debut album debuted on the shelves. People of all ages loved the songs that were upbeat, and this inspired Rihanna to make films. Pretty young and highly talented Rihanna is now regarded as a popular teen star and model. Rihanna is also putting her fame to good use, and is actively involved with several charities.
